Nancy Lydia Golding, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully in Price, Utah, on the morning of August 2, 2026, at the age of 74.
Born on March 6, 1952, Nancy dedicated her life to the sacred art of homemaking and raising the family that meant everything to her. Her hands were rarely still and always creating—whether she was crocheting cherished keepsakes with love, meticulously decorating beautiful cakes for life’s celebrations, or gathering her family together.
Nancy embraced the outdoors and loved making memories in nature. From peaceful camping trips nestled in the mountains of Utah to the coastal breezes and sandy shores of Galveston during her time living in Texas, she found immense joy sitting under the open sky surrounded by those she loved. Above all else, her family was her greatest treasure and proudest achievement.
"A mother’s love is the thread that weaves a family together, and the joy she shared will continue to bloom in the hearts of all who knew her."
Her warmth, laughter, and generous heart will be deeply missed by those who survive her. Her siblings, Karen, Keith (Faye), Peggy; her children, Loriena (David), Lorna (Danny), Jason (Marc), Lois (Robert), Judi (Levi), Lucas (Carlie), Sarah (David); 25 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren, each of whom brought endless light and pride to her life.
Nancy was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Floyd and Lila Golding; siblings, David Golding, Danny Golding, and his wife, Grace Golding; brother-in-law, Ralph; two precious grandchildren.
