WELLINGTON- Judith “Judy” Ann Bergan, age 84, passed away peacefully at her home in Wellington, Utah on June 21, 2026.

She was born December 2, 1941 in Carbon County to Claude and Wanda Jensen Jones.

She married James Franklin in 1957, but they later divorced. She later married Eldon Bergan whom she will rest for eternity with.

Judy spent most all of her life in Carbon County in the Wellington area. She enjoyed painting which she became pretty good at. She also enjoyed quilting and spending time with family and friends. She will be dearly missed.

Judy is survived by her son, Don (Shirley) Franklin; daughter, Terrie (John) McCullough; grandchildren, Amber Franklin, Joshua Franklin, Branden (Heather) Fletcher, Bryan Fletcher; three great granddaughters and three great grandsons; many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Buddy and Darwin Jones; sisters, Grace McCourt and Claudette Schade; son, Buddy Franklin; two daughters, infant Sherry Kay and Jaime D. Franklin; grandson Bradley Fletcher.

Funeral Service, Thursday, June 25, 2026, 11:00 a.m., Castle Valley Funerals & Cremations (680 East 100 South) in Price where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment, Wellington City Cemetery.
